• Service Vulnerabilities and “As-Is” Delivery: While reasonable digital security measures are maintained, the Platform and its contents are provided strictly on an “As-Is” and “As-Available” basis. 6. COMMERCIAL TERMS, BOOKINGS, AND STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY

• Advance Payments: All fees for digital reports, software chart generations, scheduled telephonic/video consultations, or audio chats / text chats must be paid in full, upfront, through the authorized, integrated secure payment gateways embedded on the Platform.
• Finality of Sale: Because personalized astrological chart calculations, planetary analyses, and live consultation time-slots represent highly customized digital products and dedicated, irreversible blocks of time, all purchases and transactions are strictly final and non-refundable. Once a digital report is generated or a live consultation session is conducted/timed out, no refunds, reversals, or chargebacks will be issued under any pretext, including the User’s subjective dissatisfaction with a prediction, timing, or reading outcome.
• Missed Sessions and Rescheduling: If a User fails to attend a pre-booked live phone consultation or text session at the scheduled time, the booking fee will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. • Payment Gateway Failures: In instances where a User’s bank account or credit card is debited twice or excess amounts are charged due to an external payment gateway error or banking lag, the excess amount will be processed for a refund directly via the rules and timelines of the payment aggregator/bank.
